Abstract

This research aims to examine the association accounting information quality (accrual quality and cash flow management) and corporate governance to affects corporation sukuk rating. Using sukuk rating as dependent variable, ordered logit model selected to test research variable. Research periods start from year 2010 – 2015, with 92 observations sukuk rating in Indonesia. This research finds that accrual quality, cash flow management and corporate governance, positively associated with sukuk rating.

Abstract

Green tourism concept as an answer which utilization Fort Rotterdam as tourist destination and conservation strategy can be implemented at the same time. This research observe the business analysis of Fort Rotterdam as green tourism based on local wisdom using lean canvas model. The problem encountered by Fort Rotterdam is implementation of green tourism concept to encourage inovation as well as existancy. Offered solution through the analysis of lean canvas model is estabilishment of concept green tourism by reuse and reduce in Fort Rotterdam area. The implemented of local wisdom is dicipline, hard work, independent and environmental awareness values based on pappaseng of lotaraq script. Marketing startegy Fort Rotterdam as green tourism destination based on local wisdom by developing social media marketing and utilize social media to share the informations about Fort Rotterdam. The shared information made with visual storytelling concept which will build the brand of Fort Rotterdam as green tourist destination in makassar city.       Konsep green tourism merupakan solusi untuk pemanfaatan Benteng Rotterdam sebagai destinasi wisata dan strategi konservasi yang dapat diimplementasikan dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Penelitian ini  mengobservasi Benteng Rotterdam sebagai green tourism berdasarkan model lean canvas. Masalah yang dihadapi adalah implementasi terhadap konsep green tourism adalah mendorong invoasi dan eksistensi Benteng Rotterdam. Solusi yang ditawarkan melalui analisis model lean canvas adalah mengembangkan konsep green tourism dengan fokus pada Reuse dan reduce pada area sekitar Benteng Rotterdam. Implementasi dari kearifan lokal adalah nilai disiplin, nilai kerja keras, kemandirian dan nilai kepedulian pingkungan beradasarkan naskah lontaraq pappaseng. Strategi pemasaran Benteng Rotterdam sebagai destinasi wisata green tourism berdasarkan kearifan lokal dengan mengembangkan pemasaran melalaui sosial media dan memanfaatkan sosial media untuk membagikan informasi tentang Benteng Rotterdam. Informasi yang dibagikan dibuat dalam bentuk konsep visual storytelling yang akan membangun merk Benteng Rotterdam sebagai daya tarik wisata green tourism di Kota Makasssar.

Abstract

The use of social media is one of strategic alternative in a business. It plays a crucial role in developing business community networking and enhances business performance. This research was designated to examine the effect of social media in fostering MSME business performance. This quantitative study involved 42 woven blanket MSMEs in Cintarasa Village, Samarang District, Garut Regency, Indonesia. The data analysis was performed through PLS-SEM. The result discovered that social media has a significant effect and strongly affect Garutian woven blanket business performance. This social media can be optimally utilized by taking certain criteria into account.

Abstract

Disruption in the industry 4.0 era encouraged SMEs to improve their business performance by creating digital innovation strategies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of digital innovation strategies on the performance of Coffee SMEs in Garut, West Java. The method used was an explanatory survey method at the Coffee SMEs. Data processing and analyzing the relationship in the proposed structural model using SmartPLS 3. The results of this study reveal that the digital innovation strategy has a positive effect on the performance of  Coffee SMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of website quality and perceived risk on purchase intention on e-commerce websites.The object of research being the dependent variable is purchase intention and website quality and perceived risk as independent variables. The population in this study is e-commerce Website Visitors in Indonesia. Sampling in this study uses a simple random sampling method (random sampling) using purposive sampling techniques to 198 e-commerce website visitors. The instrument test was conducted with a validity test and a reliability test and the analysis technique used was a structural equation model (SEM). The findings in this study are Website quality has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, whereas perceived risk has a negative effect on e-commerce website visitors in Indonesia.

Abstract

In recent years, sharia financial technology has been growing rapidly in Indonesia. In early 2019, there were 55 sharia fintech companies registered as members of the Indonesian Fintech Sharia Association (AFSI). However, interestingly, according to survey conducted by The Financial Services Authority (OJK), the Islamic financial literacy index is still very low (8.11%), whereas understanding / knowing the law of muamalah is obligatory for every Muslim before they make any transaction. INPES platform integrates sharia learning and sharia financing in an online based application, where users must complete their muamalah course before they access financing services.
